The Team

Carlos, owner and Creative Director of SunnyNite, provides strategic marketing consulting and solutions that enable business owners to reach their target market. Services offered include website development, social media strategy and training, messaging and copy, and brand identity. Over the past 7 years, Carlos has assisted over one hundred businesses, at all levels of development, to reach new levels of success. He has partnered with the Greater Washington Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (GWHCC) to offer technical assistance to underserved small businesses. He believes client participation and co-creation is the key to empowering clients to take ownership of today’s challenges and leverage evolving technology to grow their businesses. Carlos’s socially conscious marketing work has been featured in The Washington Post. Appointed to Washington D.C.’s Innovation and Technology Inclusion Council, Carlos finds helping bridge the digital divide rewarding.

Luis is an international collaborator for SunnyNite. He has a Masters Degree in Innovation and Entrepreneurship and a Bachelor Degree in Industrial Design at Tec de Monterrey, one of Mexico’s top ranked universities. He has worked as a business consultant for over eight years helping companies and entrepreneurs develop new products and services, from business model generation and strategy planning to marketing and design implementation. As an entrepreneur himself, he started Venti Consulting Group in Dominican Republic where he helped develop products and services in different industries such as ACAP’s Golden Card for VISA, a new distribution center of pre-paid phone cards, and sales and marketing strategies for Procter and Gamble’s national distributor (Covergirl, Max Factor, Olay). Back in Mexico, he launched Chromatic Works Innovation Consulting Firm where he has helped clients in the food, health and water works industries. Since 2012 Luis Castillon has been a design and innovation lecturer at Tec de Monterrey University and is an active member of the Product Development and Management Association (PDMA).
